DI EXtreme 2008!

Colorado Destination ImagiNation brings to you and your High School Students - DI eXtreme at the Colorado Destination ImagiNation State Tournament, April 26, 2008. This is creativity at it best! Geared towards the busy lives of High School students, it doesn't require months of preparation, work, meetings, building props etc. It is a one day - 3 hour - get in there, do it, build it and get it done opportunity for high school students to show us their CREATIVITY!

Great for the former DI participant and for the new comer. Your High School is invited to join us for the first DI eXtreme Competition at the State Tournament. Please share the information below with the creative, risk takers of your school!  It will be an experience to remember!

Registration Form!

What is DI EXtreme?

Teams of 5 to 8 students, 9th through 12th grade students only, arrive at the tournament site with nothing but their creative energy . There is a 30 minute team building exercise, then the teams begin a 60 minute time period to complete the Challenge given to them. No one will see the Challenge until that moment when all the DI EXtreme teams open the packet together. The Challenge is a combination of building and performance skills -- think of it as a long term Instant Challenge! After the 60 minutes, teams will present their solution to Appraisers and the audience.
